sydney weather is bizzare. it has been stifling hot in the mornings and cloudy all day with sudden temperature drops at night for the last few days. around 12am-1am it will rain. today it was hot, cloudy and humid in the morning then it started bucketing rain and hailing(hailing.) for a while then it because sunny and temperate. wtf?

so in the next few days there will be a protest against mahmoud abbas for selling out palestinians, a sit in by the spinneys workers union, a meeting by a socialist group on the syrian revolution and an info session on the sponsorship system for migrant workers. all of these sound awesome only they're all in lebanon and i'm not. i bet i will go to lebanon and there will be no political events whatsoever and then i will come back and stuff will get exciting.
