I dreamed I was swimming through and endless tunnel and at the end was an art studio

Tunnel
To see a tunnel in your dream represents the womb and birth. Thus it may refer to a need for security and nurturance. To dream that you are going through a tunnel suggests that you are exploring aspects of your subconscious. You are opening yourself to a brand new awareness. Alternatively, it indicates your limited perspective as in the phrase "tunnel vision". Are you being close minded or narrow minded in some issue? To see the light at the end of a tunnel symbolizes hope. You will navigate through life and all its difficulties with great success. Alternatively, it also indicates the end of your journey and the realization of your goals.
Swimming
To dream that you are swimming suggests that you are exploring aspects of your subconscious mind and emotions. The dream may be a sign that you are seeking some sort of emotional support. It is a common dream image for people going through therapy.
Art Gallery
To dream that you are in an art gallery represents your past experiences. Something in your past is having an impact in your current situation. Alternatively, the dream may be telling you that you need to capture some moment and preserve it.

i dreamt i was with my late parents, they had somehow come back to life as they were a few years before their respective deaths, and dad told me he just bought a fancy acura hybrid car, very swoopy, and his friend just bought a convertible mini cooper. i rode in the cooper and noted it rode hard like it had no suspension, and the windshield was loose on the right side, rattling and letting air pass through noisily. then i awoke.

then I dreamt I was in some kind of high school where I had graduated but was hanging around the hallways and classrooms, but there were different students and teachers therein, the teachers all had been replaced as well, except for one who might have been the principal, telling me it was time for me to go, but he did so smilingly as though congratulating me.

Maybe it means that you have been constrained, or repressed, for a long time, and now suddenly you fell open to express yourself.

In real life a principal might be angry at you for trespassing, or loitering. So on that level it seems like a contradiction.

But the symbolism seems to be that - you were for some period of time clinging to the past in some way- but now you're ready to move on, and to "graduate" - hense the congradulations. Maybe.

so you'd say it was a favorable dream then. :flower:

I dreamt I was in some stranger's all-white bathroom, somewhat modern, with a large frosted white window on my left facing the afternoon sunshine outside. I was regarding my reflection in the mirror and I looked like somebody else, shorter, paler, slightly rounder, with dark eyes and short dark hair, and light freckles. I was wearing a white bathrobe, and was preparing to take a shower, I had turned on the hot water and turned around with a start out of fear that I had let it overflow while I was preoccupied with my mirror reflection, and was relieved but mystified all at once to see that not only had it not overflowed but for some reason the tub was covered with bedding material including a pillow! I rolled back the bedding, doffed the bathrobe and stepped into the warm water, only to note with mild alarm that another person entered the bathroom, he was one of my aspie meetup group members, and he got into the tub also and we discussed pleasantries. then I awoke.

Dear Aunt Blabby,
People have several or different paths in life they process on a depth of recognition and allow themselves to channel their mind elsewhere.
Not all minds are spiritual but enhance their increased perception (self tuning) or logic through their higher chakras, need to be cleansed out rigourously through positive thought patterns, crystal healing and rebirth.
When we allow to fully release ourselves through our higher senses and inner most depths and fears, you can truly see within yourself and find your inner most complex purpose in life.
This thread might help in some ways, as our dreams are like a background of incandescent ways and future tidal portions of the truth too. (see shared meanings here)-

I failed that emotional intelligence test, as it seemed to equate mind-reading with emotional intelligence.

I dreamt I was several decades in the future, in a future lifetime where I was a college student in a lounge with some cheerful young lady who looked like a living raggedy ann doll, with pale freckled skin and reddish-blonde hair, and a perpetual smile, I think she was a friend of mine as she was very familiar with me, she was dressed incongruously in navy uniform dungarees/blue shirt with pullover white t-sweater, and was holding in her lap a yellowed old trade paperback book entitled "technology of the early 21st century, 2000-2014." I was leafing through the pages [no pictures, just text on yellowed old crumbling pages] while the lady friend was chatting with a friend outside of my dream's visual field. then I awoke.

I know, some can't always associate positively with different types of empathy, but the empaths i had listed were related more to dreams, so all cognizant empaths can read up on it.
