It's not enough that I despise The Big Bang Theory. I have to be surrounded by people who think it's the funniest thing in the world and always want to talk to me about it. I have two options in these situations: go along with it and pretend that I like the show, or skip the BS by revealing my true feelings or just walking away, thereby coming across as an as*hole.

My sister got married last month, and I've read online about things to do and one was write the president. I wrote the whitehouse a letter talking about the wedding, and that it'd be special if they could do something and that'd be cool. I got a letter from them back today, a card saying congratulations on the wedding, and so on, and signed by the president with the seal, so I thought that was really cool. I'm going to frame it in a picture frame my grandfather made (he passed away some years ago, but he was a carpenter who made alot of picture frames in his retirement, he was excellent at it) and I'll give it to them on Thanksgiving or Christmas.. not sure yet.
