And now here I am, back on the computer, looping George Strait's This is Where the Cowboy Rides Away. I cannot get tired of this song. This coming from a guy who has a Metallica avatar and Nickelback and Pantera references in his signature. :?

So you really are a George Strait fan! I saw you mention him in another thread and I thought you were being sarcastic. I love the song "I Cross My Heart"

I confess that I'm feeling pretty good this morning. This is rather surprising to me after having a bit too much wine last night.

Oh no, no sarcasm here. :) I didn't listen to music as a young child, my friend who lived next door to me introduced me to music when I was 11 or 12. Before that I never had an interest in it. At that time, George Strait, Garth Brooks, Clint Black, etc were all highly popular. I fell in love with country music back then because it was all I was ever exposed to. Over the years I somehow morphed into a heavy metal fan, but country is where it all started for me and some songs just still make me melt. Most of George Strait's music definitely has that effect on me. The man is a legend and I am so glad I have been fortunate enough to live in his time, like those before me who lived in the era of Elvis Presley. To me, George Strait is the "King" of my generation, and no matter how much rock and metal I listen to, I will always love him. And I say that in the most heterosexual way possible. ;)

I confess I love Canada too, though I don't know if we're that polite. Polite enough to get by I suppose.

I confess I just had green tea and I don't even really like it. I like normal tea and coffee but I won't drink it because I am a health freak.

I confess I am watching 'The Six Sense' for the first time... even though I already know the plot and have read the script

Polite? Obviously you've never been to Windsor or Guelph (no offense to anyone living there - just had really bad times/experiences while living in those two cities)

I grew up in a piddly little town right outside of Windsor. In fact, I go to Windsor at least 4 times a year and spend half the summer there. You can have bad experiences no matter where you go.

Did you drink it black? Some herbal teas spoil if you put milk in them, so don't do that. But Green tea is good if you add a bit of honey. I don't like it black. :ewww:

I confess that I'm eating a salad right now and for some reason it's really, really good. Mixed baby greens, sliced celery, sliced cucumber, a bit of shredded cheese, and just a tiny bit of Greek Oregano Feta salad dressing. Yummy. :)

Ugh, I confess I can't stand the taste of any tea. But I love making it for people :D (One of the few things I can cook without melting metal or causing a minor explosion)
I've never been outside Canada, but from what I hear about the USA (not the stereotypes, but some of the stories of the big cities), their big cities are more dangerous then ours. The gangs in big cities (at least in Ontario) are minor compared to the LA ones.
