Whoa, I just heard on national radio that a prisoner escaped from the detention center just down the street where I live. I just passed there minutes ago on my way home from my aunt's. I had noticed a guard walking around there with a flashlight, but I didn't think anything of it.

According to the news report, the escaped convict isn't dangerous, so that's a bit of a relief. But still, kind of a weird notion.
