Interesting, I've never known a person who regularly dreams about the end of mankind (or rebirth by fire, depends on if enough people get saved and if said people are decent)

Other regular themes include Nazis out to get me and totalitarian governments imprisoning my loved ones or imposing unjust obligations on me. Sometimes it's quite exciting, and occasionally I get what's essentially a surreal sort of film or story, with a beginning, middle, and end.

Evidently I'm not as serene as some people think. :D

What do you dream about?

My dreams are like David Lynch films.

There is no plot or even sanity in them.

Just watch Inland Empire and you'll understand.

I am hooked on Star Trek-The Next Generation
It is my belief that you can tell a person all you know about yourself, and they still will know nothing about you. :)

This made me think of the following song:

"Ana Ng" by They Might Be Giants

Make a hole with a gun perpendicular
To the name of this town in a desk-top globe
Exit wound in a foreign nation
Showing the home of the one this was written for
My apartment looks upside down from there
Water spirals the wrong way out the sink
And her voice is a backwards record
It's like a whirlpool and it never ends

Ana Ng and I are getting old
And we still haven't walked in the glow of each other's majestic presence
Listen Ana hear my words
They're the ones you would think I would say if there was a me for you

All alone at the '64 World's Fair
Eighty dolls yelling "Small girl after all"
Who was at the Dupont Pavilion?
Why was the bench still warm? Who had been there?
Or the time when the storm tangled up the wire
To the horn on the pole at the bus depot
And in the back of the edge of hearing
These are the words the voice was repeating:

Ana Ng and I are getting old
And we still haven't walked in the glow of each other's majestic presence
Listen Ana hear my words
They're the ones you would think I would say if there was a me for you

When I was driving once I saw this painted on a bridge:
"I don't want the world, I just want your half"

They don't need me here, and I know you're there (don't need me)
Where the world goes by like the humid air (world goes by)
And it sticks like a broken record
Everything sticks like a broken record
Everything sticks until it goes away (it goes home)
And the truth is, we don't know anything (don't know)

Ana Ng and I are getting old
And we still haven't walked in the glow of each other's majestic presence
Listen Ana hear my words
They're the ones you would think I would say if there was a me for you

Ana Ng and I are getting old

'I'm a Loser' by The Beatles was my favourite song for 18 years, from the time I was six, until the spring of 1998, when I was diagnosed with Depression and Psychosis.

You people make me wish I had dreams... or at least remember my dreams.

I guess I spend enough time day dreaming that I don't need the sleepy type variety.

I performed an improvisational skit for a talent show in sixth grade... called "Mr. Spleen gets a Hair Cut." I got 4th place, and made some adults leave in fits of laughter. 8)

If you're afraid of him... Not really, but I do have paranoid schizophrenia and OCD.

Scared, you say?

Interesting lyrics. I like those. Ana... until I saw Ana on here, I had never heard the name before, only Anna.

Last night I was Hugh Laurie in my dream 8O I remember only this, and that American Hi-Fi's song "Geeks Get Girls" was in the soundtrack of the dream. (Yes, I do have soundtracks of my dreams. Even scrolling names at the end.)

My ADHD means that I keep buying endless books, starting them, then starting others. It is infinitely frustrating.

I used to ponder whether people I know continue to exist when they are not online. Now I think they do, just turn their communicators off because they hate me at the time.
