I take your point, but I think that there are some pretty sinister forces at work in the modern world, and that they have the means to influence people in a way that was not possible a generation ago. I think this is particularly applicable in the case of 'Western' civilizations in the present era. There may be an agenda to create mass delusion in this sphere, and such things as identity politics, social liberalism (which has morphed into illiberalism, by the way) and the climate change agenda are key factors in all of this. End of rant, for now....

Do you think I'm crazy?

Germany in 1930s. There was a general consensus there also. That sounds like a Logical fallacy, of which their are many.

No I don't think you're crazy.

What do you think will cause WW3?

@DeepHour: haha i don't think you are crazy at all, i am used to these type of talks (from my dad mostly) the only thing i don't agree is climate change being a part of political propoganda. If anything i believe the opposite.

WW3: Hopefully nothing, but probably economic reasons and greed.

What would you like to study at university if money wasn't a problem?

I'd like to go to Harvard. I wouldn't care what i was studying. Just being able to say i was from one of those prestigious schools would be enough. lol.

(theprisoner): It probably won't happen. Maybe we'll just drift into a situation where the more hard-headed powers (China, Russia), by virtue of their not being crippled by the poison of identity politics etc, just extend their influence and power by economic means and the West inevitably becomes (deservedly) irrelevant. That at least is the optimistic scenario, lol.

(AprilR): LOL, I 'studied at university' forty years ago, and money wasn't a problem as we all got government grants. Unlike today, when ridiculous numbers of people attend university, and accumulate huge debts for this dubious privilege.

Do you like curried prawns?

Sometimes, but I'm pretty hopeless at it. Chicken curry, egg and chips, bacon and beans, etc.

Same question

I wonder if vegans breastfeed? Otherwise, everyone can live and let live.

What do you think about Olympics?

(April): I don't fully understand veganism, but have no animosity towards its proponents. I'm a little concerned to see so much vegan and 'plant-based' products in my local supermarket though. It makes me wonder whether people are being brainwashed to accept this sort of thing as beneficial, or indeed whether it will ultimately mean the end of proper meat-based foods.

(Isabella): Lost interest in the Olympics after LA 1984!

What do you think about lab-grown meat?
