The only thing that concerns me is it not having fluoride in it. Do you have to get fluoride from some other source if you use that as toothpaste?

Drink tea.
Tea fixes everything.
It also has fluoride.

Don't put bleach in it however. There are some awful misconceptions out there that things such as bleach can lessen the severity of autism, whatever it is don't listen to any groups that say that kind of stuff and stay safe.
