My special buffalo chicken Ramen (chicken ramen with a tablespoon of buffalo hot sauce in it). I eat it at least once a day!

a can of veggie chili and a can of baby peas, eaten cold but with a bit of teriyaki sauce added to both, took the unused peajuice and washings from the empty chili can to make some top ramen which i also added a bit of teriyaki sauce to. hey, it beats starving.

Just made a mixed veggie stir fry of stuff:

1 full bulb of garlic, peeled and sliced.
2 small onions, chopped
A head of broccoli
A head of Cauliflower
a couple handfuls of baby carrots

Olive oil
Caraway seeds
Mustard seeds
Curry powder

Steamed rice

heat enough olive oil in a large wok or pan. Get it really hot (You'll need a lid by the way - the seeds may go up like popcorn)
Toss in the mustard seed and the Caraway seeds. The hot oil will bring out the flavors of the seeds.
When these begin to pop, toss in the chopped garlic and let it brown. Before the garlic gets too crunchy, toss in the onions. Let this saute for a bit until the onions are translucent. create a bare space at the bottom of the pan and pour in more oil. Add some curry powder and let it soak into the oil. Let this cook a bit and then mix it all together. Toss in the copped vegetables and add some water. Cover the mix and let it steam for a bit. You might have to periodically stir it. When the vegetables are cooked to your liking - hopefully still a bit crisp - salt to taste and serve over rice.

Anyway, that's what I'm eating right now.

you sure eat healthily. i feel guilty now. you probably can't even pinch an inch. i just ate a bowl of something of which my late father would have said, "how many times have you et that?" [meaning how many times have i regurgitated and re-digested my distasteful concoction?]
