I guzzled almost a liter of black iced tea today because I'm so woozy from all the fires.

I have had a cough that wont go away, and it seems its correlated with all the fires going on. Last weekend me and my boyfriend went for a walk at Roxborough State Park(perhaps you have heard of it since I see you also live in Colorado), on a trail that goes up onto a large foothill mountain. We ended up having to turn back because it started getting stormy and we didn't exactly want to hike down in a storm. But before we headed back down and were pretty high up I could see a lot of haze which I suspect was due to smoke from the fires.

(on topic here) I'm drinking water with pills & b vitamins + phosphatidylserine.

My friend & I got spooked about the nano particulates for the same reason & we were indoors. Had to move a filter to the middle of the house.

Something called Rich And Ripe, a Chilean red wine from ASDA.

This stuff was very cheap (£3.19), but is okay. I'm having the whole bottle, wish I had a bit more willpower to cut down, but hey....
