I think both.

If so, I have it with Dead Poets because of the poetry.

Visually, I was struck by the Elle Fanning movie Mary Shelley.

blocking out the world (desensitizes nerves, cortisol lowering)...food (cortisol dampening,(?) sugar endorphins), distractions (dopamine, reconfiguration), sleep/nap (reset,cortisol lowering), er...drama (adrenaline, focus reshift)

not that, enough to know greys is a real thing, not necessarily like crowley's et-grey, but in the human form,
and their radius is (sometimes?) maintained between psychiatrics and 'intelligence'

Easily enough here in the suburbs. Even better when visiting relatives that live in rural areas.

Prejudice: An assumption that everything everyone does or says has ulterior motives and is somehow related to their skin colour or their American political affiliation - even if they aren't American, don't conform to the groupthink of any major political narrative, or haven't disclosed their skin colour.
