Ack. No. :( As a Mum myself, that breaks my heart. Wishing you better days.

I told my doctor (also a mother) this whilst dealing with depression issues, and the visible look of pain on her face made me feel ashamed and unable to see my doctor again because I know that she must think I am sub-human.

No, she doesn't see you as sub-human. That's not what it is. When you have a child, it's like seeing your heart existing outside of your own body. It's a part of you existing outside of your own body. Her look of pain is her realization of how painful things are for YOU right now, and her wanting to make it bettter for you.

When you are in the darkness of depression (I've been there and I have attempted to take my own life and was, thankfully, unsuccesful) it is hard to see that it is only a moment. It isn't your entire exsistence. It's merely a moment. Painful? Yes. Sometimes desperately so. But a moment, will pass. I hope you can regain some focus. Hugs.

When in doubt, ask an autistic. Chances are, they're obsessed with what you need to know.

I confess.... I'm in this 'distracted' mode again. I was doing quite good before but the last couple of days.... mmmm, what triggers that/ it, I wonder.

I confess.....I have no comments, questions, ideas, or anything to say, lately. Not sure why, but my mind seems to be in "neutral".

I confess that I wonder why some people NEVER take hints that are glaringly obvious

I confess that I wonder if it's because someone was picking your brain so much for the past few weeks that your brain is now really, really, reeeeeallly tired. You never know. Could happen.

I confess that I'm about do weights while watching the Grammy's! Be back in awhile with sore arms. :)

I also confess events have transpired my way a lot lately :D
I also confess that I'm trying to tidy up
