Nothing today. Last night was lasagna.

Do you have a go-to song that relaxes you?

Cream of Wheat cereal, I was happy as I stirred it in correctly as it’s too easy to make clumps or lumps. Wheat toast. Breakfast is me time, I love it with coffee, smells like victory or something.

A go-to song that relaxes?
Pali gap - Hendrix, maybe.
But, no.
I can't think of anything in particular.
I have many song I like.
It could be anything from Beethoven to Beatles.
Relaxing is more where you are, in terms of body position, posture, than music, I find.
But music is powerful.
Mindstate altering.

Right now. I have Pali gap playing on loop. With that thunder and lightning video opened in another tab. I didn't bother to turn it off. It doesn't detract tho..very riders on the stormesque..I can also multiband EQ it on the fly...high freq +, bring out the percussion, not enough bass, parametric equalizer will fix that..I can correct, mess around with any song. many songs, especially older song, and poor low end and high end, with eq, really can make it seem more like the original master tape, before the signal was processed. High end drum percussion is most common thing that gets faded out, and mixed low in a lot of songs. I can see what bands of frequencies are getting affected too, with visual precision on a realtime scrolling spectrogram. Linear or Logorhthmic view. End of, somewhat technical , info dump.

Worse thing...IDK.
I really have to stretch my memory..... :)
I don't have a list of horrible memories, just on instant recall.
Which is good.

I'm drawing a blank. I have no idea. ^

People have said nice things over the years but I don't remember the exact words, and it turns out most of it was disingenuous or manipulative, deep down. Either that or they were just rattling off nice words so they could sound romantic and poetic, without any substance.

My kids have written some really sweet things to me but I can't single out anything specific, verbally.

I don't really catalogue those things....in my mind. Yet I have a great memory for trivia, facts, non -personal things. Non-autobiographical things.

How eager are you to socialize with people (IRL) on a scale of 1-10.
1:no interest. stay away. people scare me.
5:moderately friendly and polite. But aloof, reserved.
10: love people, chatty, extroverted, deep desire to approach and talk to everybody.

1-5 everyday attitude.
-10 bad mood.
7-10 attracted to a woman. lol.
5-8 engaged in shared interest (could be male or female)
It varies.

But no, I have no natural inclination, to go out of my way and socialize.

8 to 10, when I want to but 2 to 5 when I don’t. I think I have less stress when extroverted but appear introverted as I have to think or process.

How eager am I to socialize with people?

Well, not a 1 or 10. But a flat 0.
Not because people scares me or it's hard to or that I'm unapproachable or because of introversion.

But because of my sheer lack of interest.
The need and want to socialize doesn't ever enter.

Unless it's in the same class as boredom -- no different from just wanting to chewing a gum or set up a weird door contraption.
Or curiosity. Quite no different from collecting stories both fiction and nonfiction to experimenting reactions.

I let people come and do whatever they're socially craving, but don't expect more if I'm not in a mood to.

Same question.
