just came back from bali. was on holiday with family. we stayed at an excellent resort in legian. (Padma)
the streets are crazy with the traffic and the people trying to get u to buy stuff. I hated the chaotic nature at first but then i got used to it.
Locals are nice people mostly.

I think I have to complain because I feel scammed. Ordered Hybrid's "I Choose Noise" album as a CD version (somehow very rare) and it's now more than five days ago. It was supposed to arrive at the fifth day at the latest!

i love whistling. i do it when i'm happy but it also messes with people a little because i sound like a bird so people around me are always like "what is that noise?!", "why can i hear a bird?", "where is that bird noise coming from?" and i just smile evilly.

Aldous Huxley did just that when he was dying of cancer - he sailed out on a trip and it sounded quite beautiful. A Google search will find what his wife wrote about it (she was with him as he left).
