Saw True Grit today. It was a good movie.

I like how it portrayed the young teenage female stepping up to the challenge of justice (since the law had their hands full already, so her case was down on the list), and if that failed, revenge. Her two companions were wonderful counterpoints -- both good men (flawed like all, of course), but both from a different culture.

I liked the portrayal of the hunted -- he seemed like a typical narcissist slash psychopath who blamed everything and everyone but himself.

I can’t guarantee that I’ll pass this exam, even with hours upon hours, days upon days, weeks upon weeks of studying.

I can’t guarantee that I won’t have to take this stupid class a third time.

But I can guarantee that I had made an effort. The best effort that I can make.

And I guess that’s enough.

because every sentence you wrote was on a separate line, i presume that what you wrote was a poem, however it did not rhyme and i was not therefore able to interpret it. the first 2 sentences i rhythmically understood, but the rest of the poem eludes me. i will read it again.

it's not a poem it's real... i'm just so scared for the exam today. i've studied a lot recently, but i'm still not sure that i'll pass.

Okay, so I'll make flashcards for HOSA until 11 P.M, memorize the dialogue for Spanish and write it down until 11:30 P.M., and then finish up Physics homework until midnight.

Today I didn't have a lot of homework, but I really need to manage my time better. Hm. :chin:
