Having my hours cut at work today. I was counting on that money coming in to help me fix a few things in my life.

Found out something about my ex which further confirms he was unwilling to work on our relationship and shows him to be hypocritical, as well as being hurtful to me. I shouldn't know this so I have to wait for it to blow up in his face (and it will, he really should know better) for others to see I wasn't the bad guy in our break-up.

On a related note I don't like never being 'the one that got away'...I'm always replaced by someone more attractive, feminine and fun...this makes me feel worthless. I want to be someone's 'the one'...

You are entitled to your own life, as is everyone.

well i think i should not be as happy as i am, and i can see reasons to not be as content as i am, and because i am unduly happy, i am worried that i am ignoring the important aspects of life that may prevent me from believing that my foundations are solid.

who knows? i switched my bed on 30 minutes ago in preparation for this moment of disengagement so good whatever time of day it is for you.

It doesn't feel like it, given I have no way of fixing it.

You are

I hope that's true

For the record ex cleared some things up, so it's not as bad as I thought, thus I feel better and break-up remains oddly amicable. So...nothing to be unhappy about today after all :-)

Maybe just by taking little steps things will improve though. I'm sorry you feel like that. :(

^The Meetups surely are a step in the right direction. I don't know what else to suggest. :(
