I eat cereals for breakfast, followed by maybe beans on toast or egg and beans, maybe occasionally a chicken sandwich. For the rest of the day I usually consume another chicken-based meal (a ready-meal perhaps, or something at McDonald's). Don't always have a third meal: if I do, it's usually just a sandwich, or even some cake or biscuits.

Are you, or have you ever been, a vegetarian?

some days i go without eating any meat, yes. but i don't do it habitually. it is economics above all that restricts my meat intake as meat is relatively expensive.

No, I've never been a vegetarian and could not envisage becoming one.

What, if any, is your favourite fish meal?

i don't know what it's called, but i was served it at the Seattle Center Space Needle Restaurant in 1993. it was a salmon stuffed with a trout which in turn was stuffed by haddock. first one was undercooked and mealy, the replacement was rather more delicious.

That Seattle meal sounds very interesting and complex! In past years, I've enjoyed plaice, salmon and trout. More recently I've become somewhat lazy, and largely confined myself to scampi and cod fish fingers.

Are you glad that winter is over, if indeed it is over in your part of the world?

i rather enjoy wintertime, it is the season in which i was born, sorta. i feel the onset of warmer weather in the spring to be a foreboding of hotter [nastier] weather to come, also the insect that i hate come out of their hibernation.

I've become rather risk averse in my old age, so I tend not to go do things that need to be done in the winter. So, despite hating hot weather more than cold weather, yeah, I'm glad winter is over.

I don't know what it is like to live through a winter season.

Same question. 8O

Yes. To a degree.

What area in the world would you like to live in?

Other than here ... maybe somewhere very different, like Japan, South Korea or Germany.
Antarctica might be a nice place to live for 6 months or a year too.

Same question.

Within the US: Seattle or the upper part of the US South where a maternal aunt & uncle live.

Overseas: London or Spain (which is probably what I get for wanting to become a journalist)

Same question.

I'd either stay in WA, but live in a more rural area, or move to somewhere like Japan or Norway.

Do you still live in your hometown?

born in hong kong. living in united states.

i am glad winter is over. esp since i work outside as a Lot Attendant. last year, two consecutive days, shoes soaked in the rain from 7 am to 7 pm. surprised i did not get sick. over the winter, it gets dark at 5pm, and that makes me more tired than usual. on public transportation, too lazy and weak to go grocery shopping after work.

it is not a fish meal per se, but albacore tuna sandwich from whole foods. salmon delicious but do not regularly eat because expensive.

13-19 vegetarian. it did not affect anything, positively or negatively, healthwise. just inconvenient socially.
