I know the standard hand alphabet but I can't use it fast enough to say anything.

My friend is completely fluent in sign language and lip-reading.

I was drinking 3-4 cups a day, though I recently got caffeine pills to use instead because my coworker who also has ADHD said she uses them and they work better.

Have you ever used caffeine pills?

I take ADHD meds and can't drink much coffee without getting over-wired.
I'm having coffee right now so watch out!
I've never tried caffeine pills unless you count Bennies, which I tried as an adolescent.


Do you do Yoga?

I've done yoga before and it helped my back a bit. I should start doing it again.
