Probably December 2021.

What book genre do you like, if any?

I'm very partial towards biography-----especially when it's not "unintentionally" or intentionally fictionalized. Non-fiction in general. I enjoy some fiction, too----though it's not something that I "automatically enjoy."

Same question.

Horror. When I can't find any good horror to read, murder mystery will do though less preferred. I've been too busy to read recently.

Are there any foods/food components that you try to have or avoid to stay healthy?

I try to have at least one meal each day as a nutritionally complete drink e.g. a Huel. I start the day by drinking a decent amount of water to hydrate from the night, and if I am disciplined my first caffeine drink will be peppermint tea. Again, for hydration and I find it gives me good body balance. Beyond this I try to have a good mix of colours for my veg, don't clean teeth straight after drinking OJ, and finish my dinner two hours before bedtime to ensure digestion and therefore minimise risk of unnecessary fat creation.

Same qn.

Not really. I eat large quantities of cake, biscuits and chocolate, and drink lots of wine and beer. So, not too good on that score.

I do however drink large amounts of coffee (up to 7-8 cups per day), which is supposed to protect the liver against damage from alcohol. Also take tablets of CoQ-10, Lycopene, Lecithin and Turmeric most days.

Do you ever paint pictures?

No, although I have designed some of my own WP avatars using MS Paint. Here are a couple:

(the first one doesn't really show up properly if you're using a 'dark mode' browser addon)

Have you ever acted in a play?

Cool! I remember you used to use the second one.

No lead parts. Played part of an animal in “Dr Doolittle” at summer camp circa 1971. Was in the chorus of “Fiddler on the Roof” at my school 1970. Was a chemical mixer at school in “The Me Nobody Knows” 1973.

Same question.

I was in a nativity play as one of the 'Three Wise Men' at primary school in the 1960s, but that's about it. I had a role as an 'extra' at a performance of Aristophanes's The Frogs while at university in 1978.

How long does a pair of shoes last you?

A pair of shoes? Years.

Sneakers: six months at the most----usually about 3 months.

What do you call "sneakers" in your region? "Sneakers" are informal shoes worn in sporting events, and in informal venues in general, with brand names like New Balance, Adidas, Nike, etc.

Shoes
Any closed in shoe is normally called a shoe.
Some people call them trainers
Or if it's a brand name shoe they'll call them Vans or Nikes.

Probably sneakers. I can't think of anything else. I thought that's what they are called everywhere in the world.

How many pairs of shoes do you have?

(kraftiekortie):In the UK they're known as 'trainers' (originally 'training shoes'). They used to be cheap two or three decades ago (maybe £15-£20 a pair), but they've become a fashion accessory, and some (gullible) people seem prepared to pay well over £100 for them.

(Temp1234): Two pairs, one as yet unused.

How much would you be prepared to pay for a pair of jeans?

$5
I normally only buy clothing from op shops.

Maybe £10. You could get a reasonable pair for more like £5 a few years ago.

Are property prices very high or insanely high in your area?
