I just realized, I only have one .22LR chambered rifle. Geez, and I call myself an enthusiast?

After the Percussion Kentucky Rifle (rather rare .44 Cal), another .22 will be next (then that'll be it for quite some time).

As far as I can make out:

1. Oven too hot. (f**k you, recipe!)
2. Cooked slightly too long. (see above)
3. Cooking dish too large.
