Marmite is a british favourite made from yeast extract, a bit like vegemite? as that saying goes you either love it or hate it...it's very strong tasting and salty but packed full of vitamins and minerals. My daughter hates it by my son loved it until we jokingly told him it was vegetable poo. :)

so i am guessing 30% admiring being the sandwich namesake, and 70% gustatory nature of eating the sandwich.
