1. Waking up in a nice warm bed, feeling safe and happy.
2. Having someone speak to me when I am down
3. Stories/Poetry, I love to read these!
4. Crying (If needed)
5. Playing games.
6. Getting a hug from anyone.
7. Hearing nice calming words from other people.
8. Going to bed with my Teddy

Yes, I have a teddy. Want to see a picture of him? :)

You should try it. It's a good way to relieve stress :).
I do it at least 2-3 times weekly (That's more then most people manage in a whole month 8O )

I don't build so much stress anymore, and it comes out in other ways. I think it's better really. But you don't get that huge catharsis of emotional dam bursting tears.

Oh believe me, I do get the huge bursting tears.
Should see me when I go a few months without crying. I literally have a break down.
I think it's better if I don't let it build up.
