I tend to avoid people who use "hella" in their regular speech

Lamentably colloquial words/sentences such as:
"That's EPIC" and any variation involving the word epic, especially "epic failure" which is semantically null as failure is a binary state
"aiyt" or "aight"
"safe" especially when followed by "blud"
"geez" or "geezer"

Moronic gamer talk such as:
"CG noob"
"fu cheater"
"hax noob"

Platitudinous sentences such as:
"Well at the end of the day"
"Can I be honest with you"
"I'm not gonna lie to you"

Songs containing the lyrics:
"In the club"
"baby"
"let me see your hands"
"[a situation or building] cannot handle me"

Sentences draped in grossly generic advice such as:
"Why don't you just go out and meet someone"
"Well if I were you I'd [then whatever platitude ends that sentence]"

Also small talk which I seem to have to feign interest in every time I see a friend, regardless of whether or not I saw them just a few hours prior.

I like to make these phrases my own by using them ironically. XD Which is not really better, but at least I have some fun.

My personal "favourite" would be: "Don't talk to me like that" if I did not offend someone. You know, that "watch your mouth" stuff that is not justified because you're not allowed to do it in return.

I hate anything that sounds pretentious. Or rather... pretentious in the sense that you find insulting.

"Calm down" ~I never heard of any situation of an upset person getting calm because he/she got told to. Being told that tends to upset people more.

"You can do anything you put your mind to" ~I hear that a lot from my dad & it's very unrealistic.

Among other things:

"I could care less" No, you COULDN'T care less. If you could care less that would hardly even be worth mentioning.

"Bruh" or however its spelled.

"Thats what she said". It took 6 months to get someone to explain what that means, and its just very stupid in my opinion.

Most modern slang.

One would be the word "wash", when people pronounce it with an invisible H and R, such as if it were spelled "wharsh".

One I hear sometimes is "you gotta do what you gotta do" referring to doing something that is hard or that you hate doing or just don't want to do.

It bothers me because if there are things I have issues with I can't bring myself to do them unless the consequences are very severe and not even always then.

Another that somewhat puzzles me is:-

"There's always someone worse off than you"

Which to me implies that knowing that someone is doing worse than me is suppose to make me feel better. I know that that isn't probably the intention but it just feels that way to me.

that would be a large part of eastern washington, especially around spokane, who tend to say "worshaingtun." that also reminds me of that southern preacher who endorsed santorum, he was talking about how "whey war-ship jay-ee-zuss hare..." - that is actually how he spoke, sorta like andy griffith in down home mode.
