Guinness beer is a stout beer if I am correct in my assumption.

It's a pretty boring and inoffensive stout. I wouldn't bother with it unless there wasn't anything better.

Guinness Foreign Extra Stout (very specifically the 7.5% Nigerian version) is miles better, and it's very, very sweet.

Guinness extra stout is too syrupy. I don't even care for the flavor of it.

There are some extremely sweet stouts out there - I prefer my stouts to be strong, roasted and coffeeish personally, but very sweet stouts do exist. Depending on where you live I could probably give you some ideas.

Yes!

That's why I like BULLY! Porter. It is bitter coffee with hints of dark chocolate.

I don't think I could do a sweet stout or porter. :?

Best coffee porter I ever had was Mill Street's Coffee Porter (5.5%). Very, very coffeeish.

Also, I can get my hands on Dark Star's Espresso Stout (4.2%), which isn't dissimilar.

Yumm, I do like the taste of coffee and love the taste of dark chocolate. I wonder how these flavours would taste in a beer.

Where do you live? Chocolate stouts and porters are very widely available.

Yes I could be adventorous one day and perhaps try a chocolate stout. It does not sound too good in a beer.
