There's not one.

Last time one was complained about in large numbers to mods, said crowd (again, not at true clique as the others have pointed out), got kind of tired of it. Some of them moved to Facebook instead, while others have disappeared, never to be heard from again.

Some of us randomly get accused of being in the in crowd occasionally.

Almost always when I see it happen, said person complaining usually has no idea of how to participate in a thread - often they simply post what they want and never bother to respond to others posts regularly. The concept of reciprocation really isn't something they seem to understand, especially in practise. Either that or they're downright disrespectful.

The reality is the people they accuse if being popular usually know how to reciprocate. Most of them give and contribute a lot, and over time people notice who brings value continuously, and they respond. The amount these people put in is still a lot more than they recieve. Those complaining about them utterly fail to notice that part.

As an individual, I am a member of the "in between crowd."

Was that the time when a few people were derailing every thread with banter and talks about cupcakes, and making it impossible for the people who started the threads to talk about serious issues, and refusing to take it to Random, or was it just another of the usual petty "some people are more popular than me" complaints? Because the former thing was actually a problem.

No, it was the later. And also making threads about specific members which then resulted in a semi-formed unspoken rule where sometimes you can make a thread about a member or sometimes not (and it's not always based on if it's negative either).

Speaking of actual, like in-the-street crowds, I know what masses of NTs are like. They are usually peaceful but can get scary rather quickly and turn into real mobs, crushed together, heaving and swaying like some greater but bloodthirsty organism demanding someone's head.

But what would a crowd of autistics be like? Has there ever been one? Would they be unusually peaceful or even potentially more scary then NTs?

they would be peaceful a tradesmen cut his hand at my home real bad and I attended to his needs many would be freaked out by all that blood, in fact he thanked me latter for my professionalism and cool head.

I haven't really noticed any. I have noticed regulars, but that's about it.
