Yeah, pizza can be bad for an anti-inflammatory diet. I've heard that green tea, turmeric, marijuana, and Echinacea have anti-inflammatory properties. They seem to work as natural TNF inhibitors. Well, according to Wikipedia.

I take a concentrated preparation of 1,500mg standardized 95% curcuminoid/10mg piperine [black pepper extra] daily, the duo are a potent anti-inflammatory/antioxidant combo. they form a synergy, the curcumin is not well-metabolized unless paired with the piperine which boosts its bioavailability by 250%. subjectively I have found this to be as effective as a prescription drug, Feldene.

Everyone seems to have allergies these days. Guess there's something in the water. I really do think that.

scientific types said climate change contributed to more and more virulent pollens being dispersed by plants/trees. that plus increased inflammation from the Standard American Diet.

I... Have no opinions on... Anyone. I barely watch what others are posting.

If it's stupid, offensive, or unreasonable, I don't reply them.
If it makes sense, agreeable, or interesting, I barely reply them...

I rarely interact with any members because I don't wanna pry. I let them tell anything, I'd listen sure.. But I always knew someone out here had a better solution.

Unlike those with wisdom, I'm still young and inexperienced.
And unlike the young, I surpassed certain things that they still yet to overcome. I cannot help them both, nor able to get answers from either of them.
So I guess I just hang around for chats and thoughts and the like with no consistent of interaction with anyone. And I'm used to it.

Stupid fox is very cute. It's naive and lives in a more simple mindset, which causes it to do cute things. I'm very similar to it and foxes. I do funny or cute things not out of trying but just from being naive.

I just wish some woman could like me enough to give me a chance.

Mean time I'm degreasing to more fox state. Which will only likely make women think I'm odd.

I agree your avatar is really cute!! !! ! And nothing wrong with that mindset

I like how each member has their own unique personality, which seems very rare in the typical world. I know that all people have their own personalities, but many of us are brave enough to be ourselves.
