Besides all the little random offshoots and fleeting obsessions, I think I have 6:
1. Ohio State Buckeyes college (American) football. And the whole Big 10 college football conference, for that matter.
2. Words: correct spelling, correct pronunciation, and how they develop & change over time
3. History. Especially the American Civil War, all of World War II, anything American after about 1830, and anything worldwide before about 1700. I like feudal Europe. And Romans are cool... (*stops herself from listing every historical nuance she enjoys*) Mostly, I like looking at a small thing in great detail instead of getting an overview. I don't care about the strategy of WWII, just tell me what one squad in one platoon did in one particular battle.
4. Crafts. I'm not that artistic, but I love to make things. At the moment, I like calligraphy.
5. Classic computer games. The Super Nintendo was the epitome of all that is good. Atari wasn't half bad, either.
6. Music. Specifically, music theory, and the evolution of American popular music from the 1800s through today.
