'Examination' sounds scary.
But apparently they just ask you questions.
I have to go and see a counsellor soon. I need to be there in less than an hour but I need to finish my food, brush my teeth and get changed in that time.
I can tell my counsellor about how I managed to go to the shop on my own and how I crossed the road alone and hlow I talked on the phone today.Are you proud of me?

My counsellor says I catastrophise and that's why little things make me feel really s**t for ages.
I'm going to go to a shop over the summer. Probably next week.
