My favorite number is 8. I know my multiplies of 8 pretty far before it becomes to much for me to think about.

This thread reminds me of a paradox. The Interesting number paradox: The first number that can be considered "dull" rather than "interesting" becomes interesting because of that fact.

Well my favorite number is 12. Because it is the first number (besides '1') that is "in numerical order" like 123 or 6,789.
