As a teen I was invited over to meet my girlfriend's parents for dinner. I wound up choking on some rice and spewed a mouthful of half chewed rice into every single plate, glass, and bowl on the table. I recall her mother plucking some bits out her hair. I almost died. Needless to say dinner was over at that point. I never quite figured out why she broke up with me though...

A more mild one was at the Eastern Promises Premiere in London. I needed the loo and accidentally walked into the men's....a famous face (I'm not mentioning who) stopped me. Everyone else looked more embarrassed than me though. I do this a lot.

No, but a police officer once clapped his hand on my shoulder and threatened to eject me from the ground after I threw a meat pie at the opposing team's goalkeeper at a football match many years ago (I was 12 years old).
