I feel as though I've just crept in while no one was watching.

The actor who plays Sheldon in Big Bang Theory has to know someone on the spectrum, the script does a lot to make him seem spectrumy but there are also too many fine details in his performance that must come from an intimate knowledge of the spectrum. This is no new observation, we all see aspie/autistic tendencies in Sheldon...but on today's episode on E4 he's reminding me FAR too much of an aspie friend of mine, it's creepy how similar they are.

there is a show on in the background on my TV, and it is called "salt". the sound is muted. it stars angelina jolie, and i was distracted from my game because of the unusual nature of her face in the corner of my eye and i looked at her because i thought "i think i recognize her", and i pressed "i" on my remote to read the details about the movie i was not watching.

i can not see what everyone sees in her. her lips look like they have been stung by a swarm of bees, and she is rather bony. especially her hands. she has cheekbones that are too prominent and it seems like she has only .5 of a centimeter of flesh covering them.

her teeth are quite strange.

i have read that she is considered one of the most beautiful women on earth but the sight of her sends shivers down my spine. it is like some aliens designed her and built her from a stereotypical recipe, and they added far too much of each "specialty" ingredient.

her hair looks like it has been washed so many times that it looks like nylon strands.

seriously however she must have been crafted by plastic surgeons because she does not seem natural. if she designed the way she looks and paid for it, then i can understand why her eyes seem blank. she is the antithesis of who i find to be pretty.

Image
to me she looks hideous.

i have heard parrots speak. but i have only heard them speak english. i wonder whether they can learn greek or hebrew or some other language.

even though i have heard parrots speak, i have never had a meaningful conversation with one. they are prone to interruption, and they do not seem to consider what i say when they respond to my questions.

i once was talking to a parrot about lithium batteries, and it got excited and screeched and squawked, but it never actually said anything that facilitated the conversation. maybe it was just pretending to be excited when in reality it had no interest.

there are no books in my local library about how to effectively converse with parrots.

i asked another parrot once what it wanted to talk about and it did not say anything. it just looked at me as if i was a fool.

i told it that i would be interested in anything it had to say, but it remained silent.

i do not like looking at humans eyes because humans seem to go haywire when they see me looking at their eyes, but i can look at the eyes of animals. the problem with parrots is that i can only look at one of their eyes at a time because their other eye is on the other side of their head and not pointed at me. i wonder whether what they are looking at with their other eye is more important to them than what they see with their eye that is pointed at me. when i look in the direction of where their other eye is pointed, i never see anything of interest.
what a confusing world.
