The guys in the locker room at school and day camp et al. Various male family members plus my mom, probably grandma, and my older sister. And doctors, nurses and medical staff.

Have you ever been to a nudist colony or beach?

Yes. A different one used by my family and relatives, and everyone else addresses me by a shortened version of my full name.

I've had various other nicknames throughout uni and college.

Same question.

Yes, Brother Adam, which often makes me imagine a Franciscan monk.

Do you do with willfully ignorant people concerning Asperger's and Autism as a whole.

Hm. A typo of sorts. Or maybe my grammar reading just sucks.
So, I'm just going to interpret the question in multiple ways and answer all of that.

What would I do about it? Actually nothing.
If there's any reason why I would've done something about that, it won't be because of me nor it is for myself.

How do I do with such people? Again, nothing.
I got nothing to explain nor justify to anyone. Doesn't matter what kind of traits that is a quirk or issue they wanna figure or judge.
It's not my responsibility to educate them.

Would I do well with these people? It doesn't matter to me.
In fact, them knowing, them being involved or/and them relating about autism is a non-factor for me in general.
I can be friends with or even love people who cannot even hope to understand me nor ever knew a thing about autism.

Same question?

I'll assume the question is "what do you do with willfully ignorant people concerning Asperger's and Autism as a whole?". Personally, I don't really talk to people much, whether they're ignorant or not. But if the topic comes up, I'm happy to give a brief explanation of what it's like on the spectrum in day-to-day life. That usually works for me.

How do you deal with very hot weather?

Same question.
