Not very well, as I have innate health conditions.

Do you take, a methodical approach to dealing with all problems?

In every other week it seems, and quite vulnerable from having any possible issues. Ranging from restlessness induced impulsivity involving bad habits to just inability to sleep.

Never mattered if I had melatonin or caffeine. How stressful or stress-less the day was.
How overstimulated or understimulated...
How much I spent on the sun and darkness and when.

Another part of other weeks, I have daytime sleepiness regardless of how well or how difficult I fell asleep the night before.
Falling asleep at jobs, falling asleep as soon as I get home and skip dinner.

And the rest every other week has no internal issues except habits involving poor sleep hygiene carried over from weeks that aren't doing me well.

Not only I have to take account of my monthly cycle's weekly changes and what I activities and what consume everyday within those weeks, I also have to consider the weather and season and it's occasions and day/night lengths of those.
I've yet to fix it at all and made anything consistent. Sigh.

Same question.

No. My problem is rather the opposite. I sleep too much. I can easily sleep for ~12 hours. Even > 15 hours if I allow myself to. I've had blood tests etc but no health problem was detected.

Same question.

To be brutally honest, I try my best to redirect my mind from such, yet that doesn't always go to plan.

Would you use a time machine to go back in time to alter your past at any cost?

Nah, too lazy to put it on. Or to buy it in the first place.

Do you wear a hat/cap in this heat?
