Whatever stops my body from whining.

Could be sleep though that would mean to oversleep, could be time because stupid hormones. Not food -- that's already done at it's most basic.
Could be temperature but not like I have a choice there...

I also cannot drink alcohol but even when I could, no, I never liked champagne.

I once ate frankfurters and drank some pink champagne. The resulting gas was one of the most obnoxious things I've ever experienced.

What combinations of food/drink have caused you the worst gastric distress?

the old-fashionned tofu,
mm, guess it was tempeh the loaf-sort of thing showing the beans
that had me KO everytime, nice but heavy stuff,
