The irony of isolation is the people who most understand are often the least likely to be able to help each other. Insecurities have festered, negativism has taken firm roots, and we've lost so many bridges that we have forgotten how to make new ones. I wish I knew the solution. The only thing I've found is trying, trying, and trying again, until maybe you've found someone to be your friend. But it's a hard road. It can seem more isolating than not trying at all.

How I should go about putting my bosses in trouble and hopefully making the company lose a lot of money. There is a legitimate way to do that but it still requires a lot of effort.

How many rules can one person make on how NOT to talk to him?
Don't talk too loud, it's rude.
Don't talk too softly, I have tinnitus and can't hear you.
Don't talk about your special interests, I have no frame of reference and can't relate (never mind that he talks about his interests and hobbies I'm clueless about and I'm supposed to just smile and pretend I admire his brilliance).
Don't talk about people I don't know (even though I've talked enough about many of them that if he'd listened he could write the stories of their lives, and conversely he talks about his acquaintances and I only know a handful of them on facebook).
Don't complain and vent about everything that went wrong all day.
Don't tell me about a problem unless you want me to immediately jump up and fix it for you.
Don't talk so slowly and hesitantly, it drives me crazy because I know what you're going to say but if I interrupt you'll have a freakshow meltdown.
Don't say anything that indicates you disagree with me about something or disapprove of some action / inaction of mine, it's rude and disrespectful...

etc...

Meanwhile any response I have to anything he says... oy vey, what a rude and disrespectful nag I am. I feel -_- and he sees :? on my face. When I feel :? he sees :x . When I feel :x he sees  and when I actually feel  my face goes back to -_-
He wants me to be :D all the time...but I usually feel :? or :|
And he says I'm the one that has shut down communication.

Who wants to communicate with someone who tells you what's wrong with what you say or how you're saying it or both 68% of the time you try to speak to him?
:(

UK general elections. Alternating between worried, scared, and terrified for the future of this country.

It's more fun to insult smart people. Stupid people don't even get it unless you insult them stupidly.

Eyes are burning (should I go to bed? Nah, not yet.. I'll lay there for an hour or more), refreshing the WP home page in case any more spam bots show up, writing a post about relationship between rocking and vestibular, planting garden tomorrow. (No, I don't have ADHD- can juggle multiple issues at one time).

Just because a lot of bad people do something, it doesn't make one a bad person to do it.

Lots of racist, homophobic, sexist douchebags play games. Also, lots of really nice people play games, just to give one example.

I am so sick of the idiots on YouTube who use "autistic" in place of "ret*d". Obviously telling them how I feel, reporting or blocking them isn't enough. It's like a deadly terminal cancer growth. Maybe I should stop watching or uploading anything on YouTube. But won't that mean the idiots have won?

I have a lot of things to do very quickly, and I did almost none of it today.
