My neighbour went cycling with Dylan when they were in their youth to the end of the Gower near Swansea. I think they got stranded and stayed the night on Worms Head (An amazing area of land only accessable at low tide). My neighbour leant him his jumper.
I have not seen that neighbour for a while as he died over a decade ago, but his wife is still alive and often calls in here.
I like Laugharne and often go there. I cycled there once. Actually cycled to Pendine and back. While passing through Laugharne on the way down, I saw part of my bicycle overtake me down the road as my rear mech decided to fall apart. I didn't find the part. I was able to ride without a cog in the mech to get me back home. I still have that bike. My 531C racing bike. (Raleigh).

People thinking antisocial and asocial are the same thing, including here on WP.

Asocial - the lack of motivation to socialize.

Antisocial - actions that harm or lack consideration for the well-being of others.

A person can be asocial but NOT antisocial.

^ ...and don't get me started on 'disinterested' versus 'uninterested'.

At the supermarket earlier today, the self-service machine told me to wait, as my receipt was 'printing'. Has nobody ever taught these damn machines the difference between a transitive verb and an intransitive one?

There's a socialite at my church who thinks that she can tell Barb all kinds of stuff that she thinks of me. It's all crap as well.

I just accidentally deleted the entire Windows 8.1 operating system on my main desktop computer, by not paying attention when using GParted. Most of the folders etc can easily be replaced, but it'll be a real pain reinstalling all the programs and 5 years worth of updates. The worrying thing is that I was 100% sober at the time...

I don't get this thing called "Roller coaster phobia". There's nothing wrong with being afraid of roller coasters. It's not like something you *have* to do because people are jerks and pressure you to. It's not like swimming. I have no fear of swimming, and it's something that you should learn how do because it could save your life. But some people are terrified of swimming and have to stay on dry land their whole life. Sad.

Okay, maybe some people want to ride a roller coaster but they're too afraid. But I simply do not want to ride one. For some unfathomable reason I fail to see the joy in activities that deliberately induce nausea, disorientation and terror.
