Hah! I just collected quite a pile of pencils to donate.

I owned about 50 but I'm donating all the unsharpened ones, and two staplers.

I also have lots of art pencils but I'm not counting those.

Iniquities are on offer at Woolworth's.

Do you own a toolbox?

I look at the stars, I don't know if that is the same as enjoying them.

What is your opinion on basic universal income?

(Universal basic income (UBI) is a social welfare proposal in which all citizens of a given population regularly receive a guaranteed income in the form of an unconditional transfer payment (i.e., without a means test or need to work). It would be received independently of any other income.)

I hope they wouldn't deny it on a whim if we weren't, say, good little citizens.

same q

Conditionality is at the very heart of IMF lending and has been the subject of intense debates ever since the Fund's inception. Its success is of crucial importance not only for countries' chances of achieving the goals of IMF lending programmes, but also for the credibility of the Fund as a trusted adviser. The IMF periodically reviews whether conditionality - and the design of its ...
