i made a steak sandwich which i had a few problems with
one will note that the bread has an air bubble in one of it's corners, as well as a slightly creased crust (within acceptable limits however). pay no attention to the time stamp. it is wrong. there are passionfruit also in shot, but they were for after dinner.
i found that the "minute steak" i bought (thinly sliced and ideal for steak sandwiches) was slightly larger than i desired, but i was mildly alarmed at the foaming during cooking. after some quick research, i proceeded with cooking it.
not only are my eggs spherical (an unrelated issue), they also have too much albumen in them, so i had to slice off some in order for the egg to fit on the sandwich. the egg is also less shiny than i expected.
