I remember when I was in one of the last weeks of grade 12 one of the bullies that had been bullying me for quite a while revealed to me that he was gay - and kept bullying anyway. He may have been trying to make me a homophobe but he did not succeed.


He also told me I had "the intelligence of a marshmallow". Looking back that seems silly but it hurt like hell at the time.

I watched Django Unchained last night, it was pretty cool. My only complaint was the damsel seemed a little too damsel-y, which doesn't fly with Tarantino's usual way, he usually writes kick ass women.

She could have been like Buttercup :lol:
She did try to escape often, and that must count for something, although she could have done more. On the other hand, I loved the ending and part of the appeal was Django making it happen all on it's own :lol:
