Mummies have Damage reduction 5/–, darkvision 60 ft., undead traits and vulnerability to fire.

So just hit them with alchemist's fire and they will go away, that is if they haven't paralyzed you with that stupid special ability they have...
Never been much of a problem for me though as I always play characters with high Will saves and/or fear immunity.
