Grilled cheese sandwich with tomato soup. I really like dipping the sandwich in the soup, as the sandwich tastes better that way.

I fixed a box of Jambalaya mix last night, and as the package suggested I added a can of stewed okra and tomatoes. For the meat, I used lamb bratwurst made by Food Science students at the local university. It strayed pretty far from traditional jambalaya, but it tasted really good. It tasted even better just now when I had some of the leftovers for lunch.

Tony Cachere's Dirty Rice Mix, and I can't recommend it. It has too much salt, the flavor is all wrong, and it tasted a little stale, like some moisture had gotten into the rice from the seasonings, which had gone all clumpy. What a waste of a pound of meat...
