I confess I get so happy when I get my hotel breakfast - I overtip the room-service guy. My favorite is eggs - over easy - and corned beef hash. Although the last few times, they put GREEN PEPPERS in the hash - so I've been skittish. :eew: Oooh, green peppers trigger the GERD, ya know?

I confess....I almost had corned beef hash and eggs for dinner tonight, but now I'm swaying towards tacos. 8) And yes, greens peppers are for the birds. :eew:

And I confess that I lie to them when they ask how many people are eating - because I always order a full pot of coffee. That confuses them, so I just say "for two people".

I also confess.....that's funny. I drink way too much coffee myself.

I confess - coffee doesn't make me hyper. Some say it's poor man's ritalin. I believe it. It doesn't do squat for keeping me awake - but it does make me feel human. I could drink four cups and still fall asleep (apnea? without the snoring).

Ha. I confess that my favourite is eggs over easy, whole wheat toast, sausage or canadian back bacon and hot chocolate (not a coffee fan). I will be a very happy camper in the morning.

Ok - so I have a confession. I don't know my Canadian meat products as well as I should. Is Canadian back bacon the same as Canadian bacon? Canadian bacon (which looks just like really good ham) is a staple. I use it in hawaiian rice and eggs and any other ham dish - because it so perfect. And chefs everywhere from Pebble Beach to New Orleans to NYC - use it for eggs benny.

I think Canada should do more to hype Canadian bacon.

It's the same thing. Canada doesn't brag about anything. It's a national thing. If you were to bump into a Canadian, and it was clearly your fault, WE would still apologize.

Ha ha! You're right! But I know a lot of Canadians. They may not say anything - but they'll give you a good body-check and leave you with with the dinner-check while you're recovering. ha ha!! ! I have to ask my as*hole friend from Regina for some real Canada jokes.

I confess that I am depressed.

Apparently admitting you have a problem is the first step to recovery

Well, that's our hockey blood. Bodychecks are excusable.

I confess that I'm a very happy camper right now.

Thanks, I'm going to need it

And I also confess that I am happy that it is a Saturday...and that my brother has finally found the PS2 so I can play MGS3 (Apparently he has been using as a foot rest for the past week).
