I wonder if anyone besides me can't keep a train of thought going if someone begins making a tapping noise nearby. If I'm the one tapping it's fine, but if it's someone else it is not fine at all. :x

You know, computers are so cheap nowadays. It's one thing that's really come down in price over the years.


true mine cost almost as much to fix as a new one 8O

really sometimes I wish we lived in the 80's chinese crap did not exist , and because of the expense it was worth fixing, houses where super cheap to opening up the economy may have made goods cheaper though all those savings went to housing , even I could see that would happen as a young child, not that I advocate we sand bag our economy again.

I hope the coughing and wheezing part of my cold is over now - since I took some Robitussin a few hours ago, the only thing I've had to worry about is some sniffles....lots and lots of them. Ah...Achoo! :lol: 'Scuse me. :oops: *Gives Car-like honk into specially Car-sized tissue*

Now that I've hauled my 10 large garbage bags of beverage containers into my bathtub, somebody will probably leave a small bag of recycling outside my apartment door tonight. My friends and I are going to take them to the local bottle depot early tomorrow morning.

At least I'll get money. :D

I'm such a materialistic little 60s Mod.

I did the same thing to a laptop at work once. I've heard others doing it too, due to all this NSA spying stuff.

Why does the IT retail market seem to only cater to the computer illiterate? Nowhere in town sells computer hardware for DIY repairs and upgrades anymore.
