well don't quote me on the figures though vegemite does contain sugar though "no added sugar" it's the bi product of beer brewing and as a brewer I can tell you it is insanely bitter that's why they add all that salt, , and added sugar for the kids variety.

so unhealthy, it's no laughing joke they sell this as a health food .

it is difficult to "backpedal" when one rides a penny farthing. sugar is not a by product of brewing and also not a constituent element of the yeast extraction process.

yes the yeast is bitter after fermentation , and the smell is horrendous so bad it would put you off beer forever., and I have due to medication :cry:
