well that's why I asked if your blender was up to the job for that nut ice cream, her vitamax turns nuts in to cream! it's that powerful you can blitz up a mobile phone !turns it in to dust 8O

I add this cashew cream to my risotto last night and it was so rich and creamy almost like it had tits secretions in it .aka butter , you could not taste the nuts just creaminess

Mine made crunchy nut icecream.
Never thought of adding creamed nuts to risotto. :) I can't afford cashews all the time though.

that's a shame nut cream is amazing , I don't like crunchy peanut better, smooth all the way baby ...

I'm the opposite of you there; I like super crunchy. I went to a place in New Zealand once as a child where you could crush your own peanuts to make peanut butter; it was the best I've ever tasted.
