Exact your revenge on them and on society in a way that doesn't hurt you (or anyone else).

BTW - do you really live at the beach? I grew up on the beach - but in retrospect - there was a lot of hard times. Unless one has billions of dollars, its pretty brutal. Anything less is pretty rough...

I'm not even going to get revenge any more, f**k them. But I suppose living a successful life would be a good way to do it.

Oh, the south jersey shore thing is just from a TV show I like. I actually live in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in North Carolina. :P

Oh really!? 8O

I live in Dobson which is about 8 miles south of Mount Airy, the town that was made famous by Andy Griffith in "The Andy Griffith Show". In the show it was called "Mayberry". We're thinking of moving about 15 miles away, close to Pilot Mountain, the town in the show that was known as "Mount Pilot". Because of the show, this area attracts a lot of tourists.

I know the area! Kind of northeast or northwest of RTP, right? I didn't know that about Mt. Pilot. Its my husband's favorite show and I just assumed it was called Mt Pilot - since they reference Mt Airy and Raleigh all the time. They are pretty geographically accurate for a 50's sitcom.

"Anj!! !"

Next time I'm in Raleigh, I'll let you know! (And my family lives in Virginia so I'm through that area a lot.)

I have to go to Cabarrus County for traffic court soon.

The one complaint about "your neck of the woods" - is that the radio blows. I was driving through around Christmas and couldn't find anything that wasn't Christian, Spanish or Country. (In that order). I remember it because it was dark and misty and I was sleepy. I ended up pitching a fit about it. I was pissed because I know there are a bunch of colleges within the area. Do the college students settle for that crap or are the college station bandwidths really small.

Other than that, its God's country! And you're sitting in a perfect place when the economy turns around.

I think the bandwidths are small but I could be mistaken. Most college students in Dobson anyway rely on CD's and MP3 players. But yeah, we do have crap radio stations. :x

I confess i just rescued a cat from having a really boring day :)
i was out in the woodshed an hour ago and just now i noticed
that there was a cat a hadn`t seen in a while. So the thought
crosses my mind, maybe he snuck into the shed when i was
there and then i closed the door on him.

And yes indeed, i open the door and there he sits, looking
really sad and lonely  poor thing

I confess.... for a while now I'm having a bit of a posting block.
I confess.... I write stuff in 'words', think about it and decide not to post.
I confess.... instead I save them and I'll probably never post (them).

I confess.... kind of suspicious.... you two been away for a while and now you're back feeling good and happy. Good for you but it got me thinking.... 8O

:D Nah, sorry, me being silly again.

That's sort of the problem in a nutshell, here. Probably a phase and it will return, I'm sure, but bugger nevertheless.

I also confess.... that sometimes, nah, quite often actually, I read a whole thread, read everyone's posts and at the end, after like 20 opinions, I wish to speak mine but by then I'm a bit confused by all the opinions of others I've taken in. And the stuff I write after goes nuanceing all over the place and me ending up saving it again.

But hey....
