well agree bit hard for them to see when all they see is a blabbering incoherent spaced out mess.
things are better spaced out than they are all crammed together. spaced out messes are rather dilute i would imagine.

I've even been accused by police of being a drug user
is that because you looked "stoned" (which i used to imagine as looking bruised and battered), or because your physical condition is poor in the same way that some drug addicts physical condition is poor?
your avatar picture looks healthy and well nourished and groomed in my opinion, so i can only imagine that you were accused of being under the influence of drugs at some time or another by police.
i have had negative experiences with police too. once i was arrested for taking too much notice of the outside of a building in chatswood (sydney). it was a shopping center and i was looking at the ceramic tiles on the interior wall as i walked down the corridor, and i was struck by a crack in the wall. i traced the crack all the way up the wall and past the ceiling.
i went outside to see if the crack was fully penetrating the wall, and it took some time for me to find the crack on the outside, and as i was tracking it up the side of the building, i was tapped on the shoulder by a policeman who said "g'day mate. how's it going"
i told him that all was well as far as i was concerned, nevertheless i was soon explaining myself at the chatswood police station.
it was realised that i was not intending malice and i was let go, but it was a waste of time, but i never felt degraded or devalued by that occurrence because they were wrong.
another time i was accused of being under the influence of drugs when i was pulled over for speeding.
the officer was telling me that i was putting myself and others at risk, and he was staring intently into the side of my head.
i could not meet his gaze or even look in the direction of his face because i noticed when i briefly glimpsed at him that he had a particular pattern of wrinkles engraved on his face that i found humerous. he was obviously a long term smoker because he had lines radiating away from his lips (dogs bum mouth), and he also had funny wrinkles around his eyes.
i knew that if i looked at him, i would start to smirk, and that would amplify to a smile, and i would have to shake my head in an apologetic way for not acting like he expected, and then i would have started laughing. so i did not look at him, but he demanded i look at him, and i then burst into laughter which got me arrested. i had no drugs in my system and it was a waste of time.
it is my propensity to lose control over my laughter that gets me into the most trouble. it is like i am the fool on the hill to many.
it happens everyday. today when i was at the bakery, i wanted to purchase an egg sandwich and 2 butterfly cakes and a 600ml oak iced coffee. while i was waiting to be served, i spied a birthday cake in the display case that had written in icing on it's top "happy birthday".
i thought "happy birthday who"? like is it just a generic person who the cake is made for or do they customize it with a name when you order it? the thought was kind of humerous to me.
then i thought i would like to buy the cake but alas, it was not my birthday. i then thought of how they would react if i asked them to scrape the "happy birthday" written in icing off the cake because i wanted to buy it despite it not being my birthday, and i started to lose control of my laughter suppression sobriety mechanism, and at that time i was asked what i wanted to buy, and i was not able to display a well collected and temperate manner, and i found it difficult to steadily tell her what i wanted. i am sure she thought i was mentally "distracted" (for want of a better phrase).
i have posted this 4 times on this forum, but it displays very well the exact feeling i have when i realize i am not allowed to laugh. i laughed uncontrollably at my nephews funeral and all my sisters disowned me for that. i knew what i was laughing at but nobody else had any theory of my mind so i sailed solo through that maelstrom
i believe this clip is about the problems people were having with the polish health care system, and the interviewees are people who experienced first hand some serious deficits in the system, and the interviewer is prone to the same or similar ailment i have of not being able to refrain from laughing at minor frills with more attention than the attention given to the greater picture.
