lol, it was but a passive comment, I wasn't really complaining, but a little inconvenienced at the time. I know a million ways in which it could be worse, because I've been there!

How long?
I've sent some mighty long emails.
I remember one was 13 pages....on Word.
I think it was over 5000 words.
