this spring is way too hot, i can't even begin to imagine what july will bring.

it has never been like this.

My dad would've been 84 this month.

I can't remember the kinds of things he used to say to me because I haven't seen him sinse I was a kid.

I can remember that he used to smell of cigarettes though. Thats why I like smokin sometimes.

And he used to hold my hand and crush my knuckles.

And I used to like watching him have a shave.

I cried myself to sleep last night.

I'd give anything to see him again.

I've ran out of cans of coke.

You can get a pack of 6 for £1.99 in Aldi.

But I think you might not have an Aldi where you are.

I'm f****n fumin at this moment in time.

There's a bloke on Jeremy Kyle who spends all his money on weed.

I don't personally have a problem with people who smoke weed, but he gets his money from living on benefits.

He claims ESA. ESfuckinA! It's not that easy to get ESA. There's f**k all wrong with him.

I just hope the benefits people are watching this this morning.

This country's gone to the f****n dogs.

I woke up with cramp in my calf muscle this morning.

As soon as my brain engaged the pain I had to stand up straight away to get rid of it.

This wasn't so easy for me to do, as I sleep on a mattress on the floor and I was still half asleep.

It was a bit of an effort, but I got rid of it.

I've slept on a lounge for the past 9 years

If age has done nothing else, it has made me wise enough to realize I'm not as smart as I once though I was!
