I confess to the previous 20+ years of ignoring my own dietary requirements, resulting in periods of being overweight and having digestive problems.
I furthermore confess to constantly staying up too late, because night-time is the only part of the day when I can have total quiet so that I can actually be myself and THINK. The rest of the day I am always at least partially scattered by having to be around other people. So I stay up late almost every night, even when I must be up early the next morning. All of which has the cumulative effect of sleep deprivation, memory problems, slower cognitive function, irritability, headaches, depressed mood, lack of energy, etc. And it most certainly does not help any of the traits of AS...
I need to take better care of myself.
